I have been helping clients buy, sell, and invest in Utah real estate since 2015. As an Associate Broker and Team Lead of Visser Realty Group with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties in South Ogden, I bring a practical, education-first approach to every transaction.

Before beginning my real estate sales career, I spent five years in property management, working with both private rentals and large-scale multi-family housing. That experience shaped the way I serve clients today, especially investors, first-time landlords, and homeowners looking to make thoughtful, long-term real estate decisions. As a property investor myself, I enjoy helping others understand how real estate can create stability, opportunity, and generational wealth.

My areas of focus include historic properties, relocation, new construction, investment properties, and helping clients navigate the unique neighborhoods and communities of Northern Utah. I am especially passionate about preserving the character of older homes, improving access to housing, and helping people make confident decisions in a changing market.

Community involvement has always been an important part of my work. I served for four years on the Weber County Heritage Foundation board and have participated in several local committees, including the Realtor Committee for the Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association in 2023.

My husband, Chris, and I have been married since 2013, and we are raising our three kids, Hayden, Scarlet, and Knox, here in Ogden. We have called Ogden home since 2014 and love exploring, traveling, and finding new adventures together as a family.
